An experienced business consultant, Ilan Nir specializes in economic analysis of public and private companies. He is the founder and owner of Portofino investments, one of Israel’s largest financial advisory firms, and has served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of TASE listed company, DGC Investments Ltd, and as Board Director at Pilat Technologies International Ltd

and Poalim IBI Investment and Underwriting Ltd. Mr. Nir served on the management team at Ernst & Young Israel, and as Managing Partner at Zinger Nir & Co.

Mr. Nir is a qualified CPA and holds a BA in Economics, Accounting and Political Science from Tel Aviv University.
